Victory Community Garden working bees

2 June 2023 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

A dedicated volunteer team has made the Victory Community Garden a beautiful and productive space.

At the occasion of Climate Action Week, Nadia, Community Kai Coordinator, is organising a Garden Tour to take place on Monday afternoon from 1.30pm to 2.30pm.

The tour will be followed by the regular working bees happening on an ongoing basis every Mondays (please double check beforehand).

This is the perfect occasion to be part of the action, learn from other experienced gardeners how to grow your own food (and actually grow it!)

If you’ve never been to the garden before it is approximately 200 metres along the Railway Reserve from the junction between St Vincent & Totara Street. Come along and check out this beautiful, productive space.

Contact Nadia for more info: 03 546 83 89 or kai@victorycommunity.org.nz

This working bee is wheater dependent. Please check with the organiser if you’ve got a doubt about the weather forecast.
