She has worked as a resource management lawyer and policy adviser to business, government, and the not-for-profit sector, and has published widely on coastal, marine, and other environmental issues. In 2023, she received the prestigious Resource Management Law Association Outstanding Person Award in recognition of her significant contribution to environmental policy and advocacy.
